Duties

All officers attend meetings, or find a replacement if they are not able to be there.

Main Officer duties:  (but not limited to these duties)

President: Organizes meeting, rides, events etc.

Vice President:  Assists president, coordinates the 100 mile ride.

Secretary:  Takes minutes, sends out membership cards, keeps track of current members and performs other misc. paperwork

Treasurer:  Handles all money.  Checking account, paying bills and keeping track of 100 mile trail ride participants and payments.

Board of dirctores (6 to be voted on): May be asked to oversee special events or committees, and participate in decision making for the club, etc.

The president from the previous year is automatically one of the board of directors.  Then we vote on 6 more, to make a total of 7 board of directors.

Queen: Appears at events, hands out ribbons etc.
